When are you protected?

Middeals Buyer Protection applies when you pay through our platform using our secure checkout. You are covered if:

Item Not Received

You paid for an item but it never arrived within the stated delivery window.

Significantly Not as Described

The item arrived but is damaged, different color, missing parts, or is a fake/replica when sold as authentic.

Unauthorized Charges

You see a charge on your account that you didn't authorize. Report it immediately.

What is NOT covered?

  • Payments made outside of Middeals (cash, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Buyer's remorse (you changed your mind after receiving the item)
  • Items collected in person without using Middeals Escrow
  • Services or intangible goods (unless specified)
  • Items described accurately but you didn't read the description

Time Limits

You must open a dispute within 3 days of delivery (or the latest estimated delivery date).
